In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn the repeatable steps to successfully beam your warp for even tension – every time. Hands-on demonstration for both back-to-front warping and front-to-back processes will be covered. Take-home booklet full of images and tips and tricks. (Note: Sectional beams will not be covered in this class)

Artist’s bio: Jennifer Johnson is a textile artist, weaver, and educator who transforms conceptual ideas into physical reality through woven cloth. Driven by a lifelong passion for all things textile, Jennifer’s practice spans weaving, embroidery, tatting, and basketry. As the owner of Fiber Maker Studio in Greencastle, Indiana, her work focuses on mastering foundational techniques to unlock limitless creative expression in color and design. A dedicated community builder, Jennifer serves on multiple regional fiber boards, judges exhibitions, and teaches workshops across the Midwest, aiming to inspire the next generation of fiber artisans.
