Slow stitching is a meaningful way of repurposing saved and scavenged fabrics, from wool to cottons, silks to linens, incorporating
tiny textile treasures, ribbons, buttons, ephemera to create a unique and useful carrier that reflects your personal textile philosophy. A kit containing assorted fabrics, floss, needle and buttons will be provided, plus hands-on instruction. Feel free to bring along any cloth, textiles or embellishments to make this truly yours.
